THERE have been many strange comings and goings at AMY WINEHOUSE'S front door over recent months, but surely none more shocking than this personal trainer who turned up today.
I really didn't think there was anything else Amy could do to surprise me.

But this sudden urge to get fit has left me well and truly flabbergasted.

For months I've hoped hell-raiser Amy could ditch the booze, fags and drugs and shine like the true star we know she all is.

But is weight training really the answer?

I can't imagine the skinny star has the power to lift the heavy dumbells.

Still, I guess I should appreciate that is a start - as long as she doesn't lose any more pounds.
