you know I am sure that there is some amount of luck involved but I think if I have to hear one more of these girls say they are just blessed with a fast metabolism than I think I will throw up. Just waits til she has the baby- then she will know what it is like to struggle some to drop a few pounds. Yes I know I am bitter but that's a little ok right? Very Happy

lmao so true I put on around 4 stone with my first and I only has a baby nearly 5 months ago so another 4 stone got added Smile Anyway the best way to lose weight is to get ill with a bad throat (Which I've has since saturday) and I've lost nearly a stone already Neutral
